Garmin confirmed that virtually all new fenix 9 software features roll out to recent models — fenix 8 series, Forerunner 570/970, Venu 4 and friends — rather than staying Pro-flagship exclusive.

Dive trackers list the next Descent Mk flagship for October 2026. Garmin has not published specs; the Mk3 line is three years old this November.
