The adventure-oriented smartwatch , now on its fourth iteration since being introduced in 2022 , has a new sensor suite (which Apple calls its “Health Sensing System” that ramps up the device’s heart rate tracking capability. But the Ultra 4 isn’t alone. The new Apple Watch Series 12 also sports the new system, along with the same sensors and health features as the Ultra 4.
