First week with the Garmin Enduro 4: Has Garmin Run Out of Ideas?

I've spent my first week with the Garmin Enduro 4, and in this video I sum up how it compares to the Enduro 3 I've been using. On paper it has the same case and the same battery life, but it comes with a new strap, faster maps and a handful of new training features. So is it actually worth upgrading?
