When I tested and reviewed the Oura Ring 4 last year, I was truly impressed by the amount of tech the brand was able to squeeze into a tiny package. Blood oxygen levels, heart rate, heart rate variability, respiration rate, skin temperature variations, movement and more, all tracked by something that slips onto a finger. I certainly didn’t think it was too cumbersome by any means.
