Polar Loop Review: This Screenless Fitness Tracker Can't Compete With Whoop
· By Endurance Wire
We were blessed this year with three potential competitors to Whoop : screenless fitness trackers that can measure your heart rate and give you fitness advice from an app. I’ve already reviewed Garmin’s Index sleep band (which only tracks sleep) and Amazfit’s Helio Strap (an impressive budget option). Neither of these require a subscription, nor does the Polar Loop , yet another recent Whoop alternative. Polar made some of the very first consumer heart rate monitors, and its H10 chest strap is still considered a top-notch device for heart rate tracking. Not many people use Polar’s watches, though, and its app feels clunky and outdated.
