Oura unveils AI-enabled Oura Ring 5 with predictive health features

Oura has unveiled its next-generation health-tracking ring, Oura Ring 5, which is 40% smaller than the Ring 4, has a one-week battery life, improves the accuracy of the readings with integrated LEDs that are four times stronger than previous generations, and includes numerous new health features. The company said the launch reflects Oura's broader shift toward predictive health monitoring and integrated care delivery, moving beyond wellness-tracking into longitudinal health data collection, AI-enabled insights and clinical care pathways.
