Oura Ring faces class-action lawsuit over ‘Coin Flip’ AI sleep-tracking claims

MOBILE, Ala. ( WALA ) - Fitness trackers are everywhere these days, helping people log workouts, heart rate and sleep. Now the maker of the popular Oura Ring is facing a lawsuit accusing the company of false advertising over its AI-generated sleep tracking. The suit, which seeks class-action status and a jury trial, claims Oura built an $11 billion company on promises that its ring could accurately track sleep and monitor sleep cycles.
