Multiple Garmin smartwatches get full WhatsApp support with new release

Garmin has announced that Meta has added a new WhatsApp to the Connect IQ store. Please note that the app is only available on selected smartwatches. Specifically, the list of compatible smartwatches is as follows: Hence, older high-end smartwatches like the Enduro 2 or Fenix 7 generation have missed the cut. Likewise, even the Forerunner 165 is incompatible despite not being directly replaced yet. The Epix 2 Pro, Instinct 3, Instinct E and Instinct Crossover AMOLED (curr. $609 on Amazon) are not listed under the app's compatible devices, either.
