Garmin wearables get new diving features in latest update

Garmin has released a new update, System Software 25.21 , for the Descent Mk3and Descent Mk3i watch-style dive computers. This is the second stable release for the wearable in 2026, following System Software 25.14 , which tackled a range of bugs. The Garmin Descent Mk3 and Mk3i smartwatches gain a new Dive Setup Sharing feature with the version 25.21 release. This allows users to copy information like their gas list and conservatism to another Garmin device. Both gadgets are also seeing an improvement in the Gradient Factor 99% (GF99) data shown when at the surface.
