Garmin issues new update for older high-end smartwatches, but there's a catch

Garmin has begun rolling out a new Public Beta update following the introduction of Beta Version 23.41 at the end of November . This time, the company has jumped to Beta Version 23.48, which is available as an over-the-air (OTA) update for the Epix, Enduro 2, Fenix 7, Quatix 7, and Mar Gen 2 smartwatches. Conversely, Garmin notes that support for Pro variants will follow. However, the Tactix 7 and MARQ Aviator Gen 2 (curr. $1,299 - refurbished on Amazon) remain excluded from Garmin's Public Beta program.
