Fenix, Forerunner And Venu Garmin Watches Now Have An Entirely New Use

Garmin x Natural Cycles Garmin Garmin has announced select Garmin watches are now able to sync their data with the Natural Cycles platform. Natural Cycles is used to track a woman’s fertility levels through the month, as part of pregnancy planning and birth control, and until now only a few wearables have supported the platform. These were the Apple Watch, Oura Ring and Natural Cycles’s own NC° Band, but now a fistful of Garmin watches can be used too. The key is they need to support skin temperature readings, which is the primary stat used to track signs of changing hormone levels throughout the month.
