Amazfit confirms more updates on the way to four wearables

Three Amazfit wearables were designated as end-of-life devices at the start of 2026 . On one of Zepp's websites , it was noted that the T-Rex 3 and Bip 5 Unity smartwatches and the Helio Ring would each receive their last firmware updates in 2025. This was in line with Zepp Health’s older two-year software update policy. However, Zepp Health has quietly updated the Zepp Security Updates page , pointing to a change of policy for these devices. As of February 4th 2026, the T-Rex 3 is said to be scheduled to receive new features and improvements until September 2027, a whole year later than previously stated.
