Version 3.54.2.1 is a 179.7MB download that packs in some solid features like HybridCharge, Next Hard Session, HYROX tools, and much better resting heart rate syncing. This refresh basically bridges the gap between the older model and the newer Balance 3 , giving it a serious software boost. You will still find a few missing pieces here and there, but it is a massive step closer to the current flagship.
